Here are some tips to develop healthier habits.

1. Drink Lime Water :

                          

Drink at least one glass of water with 3-4 pieces of lemon in it at daily basis in the morning. You can also have a glass of lime juice after eating oily food so it will also helpful for you in burning calories.

2. Make Your Own Smoothies :

                      

You can make smoothies to keep yourself hydrated if you don't have enough time then you can refrigerate some fruits or veggies to use them later to make your own smoothie drink.
